1 Introduction

Each individual may register only one (1) Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including winnings.

4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

You may be requested to submit any or all of the following documentation:

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

Teslatoto accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most e-wallet methods and RM100 for bank transfer methods. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent to USDT 20.
• All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Teslatoto does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which teslatoto accepts no responsibility.
• Deposited funds are held in the Player's account and are available for wagering upon successful crediting. Teslatoto does not pay interest on account balances.
• We reserve the right to reject or reverse a deposit at our discretion, particularly if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, AML concerns, or breach of these Terms.

6 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in this section. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all applicable KYC verification is complete and all relevant wagering requirements have been met.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) and RM100 for bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong).
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited under all circumstances.

• Where a withdrawal has been requested but the account is subsequently found to have breached these Terms, teslatoto reserves the right to void the withdrawal and apply the relevant sanctions.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Teslatoto offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, refer-a-friend bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms at the time of issue, and the following general conditions apply to all promotions:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before withdrawal. The specific multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) applicable to each promotion will be stated in the individual offer terms at the time of issuance.
2. Maximum Bet: When bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or transaction is typically MYR 250–500 unless otherwise specified. Exceeding this cap may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

Any account found engaging in such behaviour will have bonuses voided and may face account suspension.
7. Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of bonus play. Where applicable, this limit will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

Teslatoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, without prior notice, where there are operational, compliance, or commercial reasons to do so.

8 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the teslatoto platform are subject to the specific rules governing each game or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules prior to wagering. The following general provisions apply across all product verticals:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Teslatoto does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets, except where an obvious system error or technical malfunction has occurred.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the teslatoto platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct faces immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances (including any pending withdrawals), and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening, operating, or facilitating the operation of more than one Account (whether under the same or different identities, devices, or payment methods).
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other process on the Platform.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not permitted under these Terms.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

Teslatoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause contained in these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud.
• A valid self-exclusion request by the Player or an exclusion applied via responsible gambling intervention.
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, following applicable notice procedures.

A Player may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect the Platform's right to investigate any suspected breach or withhold funds pending the outcome of such investigation.

Upon account closure for cause, any balance remaining may be subject to forfeiture. Upon voluntary closure or closure due to inactivity (and where no breach has been identified), the remaining verified balance will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method.

11 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the teslatoto platform — including the brand name "teslatoto", all logos, website design, software, databases, game assets, written content, images, and any other proprietary material — are the exclusive property of the Platform or its licensors.

The Platform's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
